Meet The Coach

Spenser takes a holistic relationship-based and results-oriented approach to serving his clients. His sessions are completely centered around providing his clients with impactful exercise combinations that help clients pursue the measurable goals they aspire to and/or enjoy the general pace and “vibe” they are looking for in order to feel better about their exercise regimen. He believes that it is one of his callings in life to provide every client with a blueprint to achieve the physical and mental results they desire while inspiring an increasingly active & holistic healthy lifestyle.

TidBit | Spenser prides himself in holding clients accountable to the actions necessary to see results, and places high emphasis on helping clients overcome behavioral barriers to their  success. As a "student" of  exercise, his approach combines traditional training with contemporary thinking in order  to help  his clients reach their highest level of success.
