THE HEALTH CLUB
Health Clubs are exclusive semi-private fitness programs that connect neighbors through small group exercise classes. The program is designed to be a support group for people that benefit from structure, simplicity, encouragement, and accountability when committing to their fitness goals.
The Health Club's Exercise Game session is a 45 - 60 minute "Personal Intensity Interval Training" session where residents complete multiple rounds of strength, endurance, and stability exercise activities and score themselves based on how they perform against performance target. This personal intensity "micro-targeting" approach encourages participants to focus on completing one exercise activity at a time and giving their best effort to perform at the highest level relative to the target.
