PRENATAL + POSTPARTUM PRIVATE EXERCISE

Conducted by Pre-Post-Natal exercise specialists, our private prenatal and postpartum programming is designed to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally as you proceed through the life-altering experience of pregnancy.  Being a mom has to be the most important thing in the history of the world. Every pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience is a unique relationship between you and your baby. We want to support you based on what you need, how you feel, what you want, and what you don't want. All the while prescribing specific opportunities to take care of yourself and the demands of motherhood.

PRENATAL SUPPORT

  • Proper deep core training to help mitigate pregnancy pains, prepare you for pushing, and expedite recovery. 

  • Postural and alignment work to help prevent pains/injuries/falls.

  • Functional strength training to mitigate pregnancy pains and prepare for the everyday activities of motherhood.

  • Appropriate aerobic conditioning to reap health benefits and prepare for energy demands of labor.

  • Education on pain/injury prevention and proper recovery.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

  • Body weight resistance exercises with baby (optional) and light cardio.

  • Core recovery training to help gain strength in your core stabilizers to help mitigate pain, gain back strength, as well as to address any muscular imbalances experienced during pregnancy.

  • Prepare your body to get back to what you want to do.  

  • MECO Goal Coach support stress relief and mindfulness, while promoting a gradual increase in stamina, strength, and endurance.
