THE INTENTION.

PDE is a virtual fitness support group intended to encourage consistency by connecting exercisers with great instructors and participants from around the country. With less emphasis on the “bells and whistles” of distracting productions, our PDE sessions are intently focused on being the most authentic, interpersonal, and inclusive virtual exercise experience you’ve ever had. 80+ sessions per month, People Doing Exercise is a Zoom-based fitness support group where 15 different Hope Dealers bring you their 45-60 minute take on various HIIT, Mat Pilates, Functional Exercise, and Circuit Training experiences.

PDE is an exercise consistency and accountability program where subscribers are offered both weekly live stream classes and on-demand opportunities to exercise. The PDE goal is to establish a personal best daily streak of exercise activity. This support system is designed to help the casual exerciser establish momentum and to provide the more avid exerciser with convenient options to switch up their routine.  In order to support your exercise consistency and focus on your goal, you will have access to 20+ live sessions per week (including fitness, yoga, mat pilates, and boxing sessions), as well as access to a library of hundreds of pre-recorded sessions to suit your schedule needs.
