Transcend Personal Training | 24 Weeks
Transcend Training Level 4 includes 48 private training sessions that will bring exercisers through all of the Transcend Phases:
- Phase 1 (Stabilization + Endurance) emphasizes refining muscular coordination and building endurance.
- Phase 2 (Strength Building) focusing on general strength building and endurance, building lean muscle mass and body toning kind of that aesthetic element, and working towards maximum strength.
- Phase 3 (Max Strength Development) building on prior to foundational phases to work towards maximum strength and your ability to apply it safely.
- Phase 4 (Transcend) building on all of the Phases 1-3, Level is focused on applying all elements to pursue specific levels of results and exercise. This Phase represents the transition to fundamental lifestyle change.
This package is designed for those that need support and that are ready to commit to all 3 elements of the Transend approach Private Training, Micro-Meal Planning, and Goal Coaching.
