Transcend Training Level 3 includes 36 private training sessions that will bring exercisers through 3 of the 4 Transcend Phases:
Phase 1 (Stabilization + Endurance) emphasizes refining muscular coordination and building endurance.
Phase 2 (Strength Building) focusing on general strength building and endurance, building lean muscle mass and body toning kind of that aesthetic element, and working towards maximum strength.
Phase 3 (Max Strength Development) building on prior to foundational phases to work towards maximum strength and your ability to apply it safely.
This package is designed for those that need support and that are ready to commit to all 3 elements of the Transend approach: Private Training, Micro-Meal Planning, and Goal Coaching.
